Ganesh Nag is an experienced litigator with over 14 years of courtroom practice. He holds a B.Com from Vijaya College, Bangalore, and an LL.B. from Seshadripuram Law College. He has represented clients before Trial Courts, High Courts, and various forums, including the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Economic Offences Court, Family Court, and Arbitration Tribunals.

His core areas include civil and criminal litigation, and he is widely respected for his meticulous courtroom strategy and persuasive advocacy.

Suhas holds a dual background in engineering and law, having completed his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Westminster, London. With 10+ years of practice in civil and criminal litigation, he regularly appears before the High Court, Arbitration Panels, Trial Courts, Consumer Forums, and Family Courts. His sharp analytical skills and international exposure enhancehis litigation capabilities.

In addition to his courtroom practice, Suhas also advises on regulatory compliance, particularly in emerging sectors such as cryptocurrency. He has hands-on experience dealing with compliance requirements before authorities such as the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework for crypto trading platforms.

Krishma holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Christ University, Bangalore, and brings 10+ years of legal experience across corporate litigation, medical negligence, and commercial arbitration. She represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLTs, and international bodies, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

She has advised top-tier hospitals, international schools, and startups on a range of complex legal matters, including cross-border agreements, shareholder and contractual disputes, investment transactions, and dispute resolution. She is also attached to the office of the former Additional Solicitor General of India for Karnataka.
